New Roots

Pay-What-You-Can Thrift Store for Immigrants & Refugees

New Roots is Gaston Christian Center's community-powered, pay-what-you-can thrift store designed to help immigrant and refugee families in Dallas furnish their homes with dignity and choice. Stocked through generous community donations and local business partnerships, New Roots offers furniture, household goods, clothing, and essential items to those starting fresh in a new country. Open to the public on Thursdays — no appointment needed. Referral-based shopping available Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Donate items, volunteer your time, or become a corporate partner to help more families establish new roots in Dallas.
